By accessing or using XTranslator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.

You may use XTranslator to translate permitted text, documents, images, OCR inputs, and audio files within the limits of your plan and applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of materials you submit, and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions required to translate them. Medical content is allowed; however, we do not provide clinical advice.

Certain features require a Google‑authenticated account. You must keep your login credentials confidential, maintain accurate account information, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security issue.

Paid plans renew automatically on the applicable billing cycle until you cancel through your account settings or by contacting support before the next renewal date. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

If you opt in to marketing communications, we may send you updates about new features, offers, or announcements. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use that input to maintain and improve XTranslator without restriction or obligation to you.

You retain ownership of the content you submit and the resulting outputs. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and support the service. We do not use customer content to train generalized AI models. Translations may contain errors or omissions; review outputs before relying on them.

XTranslator is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to XTranslator if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if providing the service becomes impractical. You may stop using XTranslator at any time. Sections intended to survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
