Terms of Use

By accessing or using XTranslator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.

You may use XTranslator to translate permitted text, documents, images, OCR inputs and audio files within your plan limits and applicable law. Available domain context includes General, Education, Financial, Legal, Marketing, Medical, Politics and Technical. Domain context is an AI feature, not a certified translation or professional service. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and content of materials you submit, and for having the rights and permissions needed to translate them. Do not rely on an output as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, immigration, emergency or other high-stakes decisions; obtain qualified human review.

Certain features require an authenticated XTranslator account using a supported sign-in method. You must keep your login credentials confidential, maintain accurate account information and promptly notify us of unauthorized use or a security issue.

Prices, billing frequency and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Paid plans renew automatically on the applicable billing cycle until you cancel through account settings or support before the next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Monthly plan credits reset on the billing date; separately purchased extra credits are subject to the terms shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

If you opt in to marketing communications, we may send you updates about new features, offers, or announcements. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

If you provide feedback, ideas or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that input to maintain and improve XTranslator. We will ask separately before using your name, likeness or feedback as a public testimonial.

As between you and XTranslator, you retain any rights you have in submitted content and outputs. You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide, secure, troubleshoot and support the service. We do not use customer content to train generalized AI models. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, similarities to other outputs or material subject to third-party rights; they are not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, copyrightable or non-infringing. Review outputs before relying on them.

XTranslator is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, profits or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk or if providing the service becomes impractical. You may stop using XTranslator at any time and may cancel a paid subscription before its next renewal. When an account closes, local translation history is cleared on sign-out; any refund, data-retention or unused-credit rights required by law remain unaffected. Sections intended to survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitations of liability, remain in effect.

We may update these Terms for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will revise the "Last updated" date and provide advance notice of material changes where practical. We may require affirmative acceptance of material changes before continued use; mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain unaffected.
