We collect the personal data you choose to share when using XTranslator, including your email address and Google identity information, usage data such as IP address, device details, timestamps, the content you submit for translation across text, document, image, OCR, and audio features, communications you send to our support team, and limited billing metadata provided by our payment processor when you enroll in a paid plan.

We process this data to operate, maintain, and secure XTranslator; deliver the translations and related functionality you request; enforce usage limits and prevent abuse; communicate with you about your account and the service; comply with legal obligations; and evaluate performance so we can improve reliability and user experience. We do not use your submitted translation content to train generalized AI models.

If you consent to receive marketing or product updates, we will email you about new features, offers, or announcements. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

We may use feedback, suggestions, testimonials, or support information you provide to operate, troubleshoot, and enhance XTranslator, and we may contact you for clarification when necessary.

Paid subscriptions are processed through trusted third-party billing providers. We receive confirmation of payment status and limited billing metadata, but we do not store full payment card numbers or bank account credentials on our systems.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—including encrypted connections, access controls, and monitoring—to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We share personal data only with service providers that assist us in delivering XTranslator (for example authentication, AI processing, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payments) or when required by law. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information to protect our rights or investigate misuse. We never sell personal data.

Content you upload for translation is automatically deleted shortly after the translation completes. Account, billing, and security log records are retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Security logs, including IP addresses, are stored for up to 90 days.

Translation inputs and outputs are processed solely to provide the requested service or to troubleshoot quality issues. We do not use your content to train generalized AI models.

We log IP addresses, device characteristics, and usage metrics—whether or not you are signed in—to enforce plan limits, maintain service stability, detect fraud, and protect the platform from abuse.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing activities. To exercise your rights, contact us and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after an update signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
