We collect the information needed to provide and protect XTranslator: account details you provide, authentication identifiers, submitted text, documents, images, OCR inputs and audio, support communications, limited billing status from our payment provider, and security information such as IP address, device details and timestamps. If you opt in, we also collect limited browser analytics through Google Analytics. Senja processes feedback data when you open and use its feedback form.

We process this data to provide the translations and functionality you request; secure XTranslator; enforce plan limits; prevent abuse; respond to support requests; comply with legal obligations; and improve service reliability. We do not use submitted translation content to train generalized AI models.

If you consent to receive marketing or product updates, we will email you about new features, offers, or announcements. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

We may use feedback, suggestions, testimonials, or support information you provide to operate, troubleshoot, and enhance XTranslator, and we may contact you for clarification when necessary.

Paid subscriptions are processed through trusted third-party billing providers. We receive confirmation of payment status and limited billing metadata, but we do not store full payment card numbers or bank account credentials on our systems.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—including encrypted connections, access controls, and monitoring—to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use carefully selected service providers to operate XTranslator, including providers for hosting, authentication, storage, security monitoring, billing, email delivery, processing, analytics when you opt in, and feedback when you choose to submit it. We share only the information needed for a provider’s role and may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service from misuse. We do not sell personal data.

We keep translation content only for the time needed to provide, secure and troubleshoot the requested service. Text translation history is stored locally in your browser, expires after seven days, and is cleared when you sign out; you can also delete it or clear browser data. Account, billing and security records are retained only as needed for the service, legal obligations, disputes or enforcement. Security logs, including IP addresses, are stored for up to 90 days.

Translation inputs and outputs are processed solely to provide the requested service or to troubleshoot quality issues. We do not use your content to train generalized AI models.

We log limited IP address, device and service-usage information—whether or not you are signed in—to enforce plan limits, maintain service stability, detect fraud and protect the platform from abuse. If you opt in to analytics cookies, Google Analytics also receives limited browser interaction data. We do not enable advertising or marketing tags.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export or restrict processing of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise a right, contact us with enough information to verify your request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. We will revise the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. Updates do not remove rights granted by applicable privacy law.
